Avenue A. has several choices for summer programming for youth in grades 6th-9th grade:
Full Day Program-Regular Day- 8:30-4:00 $15 per day or $70 for the entire week
Extended Programs- These programs are an extra fee and are open only to those youth enrolled in the regular day program.
Morning Program- 7:30-8:30
$5 per day or $25 for the entire week
Afternoon Program- 4:00-5:30
$7 per day or $35 for the entire week
Trips at Avenue A.- Three times a week we head out on our bus to a variety of locations throughout New England. These trips do cost a bit more, you are welcome to register for these trips on a per day basis. In addition to the trip fees, participants are responsible for the full day cost.
Tuesdays are Adventure-Based Trips for $10
Thursday is swimming at Pawtuckaway State Park for $5
Fridays we head out to amusement parks for just $20!

Afternoon at Avenue A.- Looking for something to do on those long summer afternoons? Join us for a few hours. Participant requirements: minium 5- maxium 12. Registration for these programs closes on June 1st.
Archery- Mondays, 1-2PM

New England School of Archery, Beginner Lessons
Archery is a great sport for people of all ages. Whether your child wants to shoot for recreation or competition, NESA can introduce him or her to the world of Olympic Style Archery.
Rock Band- Wednesdays, 1-3PM
∞ Session I July 7th- July 28th $60 ∞ Session II August 4th-August 18th $45∞
Learn how to play the guitar, keyboard, bass, or drums. This program will provide professional instruction from local musicians for beginner to intermediate-level players. We provide the instruments, but participants are also welcome to bring their own. There will be a final performance on August 19th during our Summer Finale.
Eagle Tracks-Fridays, 1-3PM
∞ Session I July 9th- July 30th $60 ∞ Session II August 6th-August 20th $45∞
Shelter building, animal tracking, fire building and fishing are just a few of the fun activities that will be done in the program. The schedule of activities will be set by the group during their first day of the program. All Eagle Track activities will take place within walking distance of Watson Academy, unless otherwise noted.
